THE 2008 ENTRY - MEDAN

This is my first trip to Medan on 2008 by Wings Air. The flite touch down at Polonia Airport at noon.. As soon as we arrived, the tourist guide drive us to our first stop... makan time at Simpang Tiga Rest..

This is my first time having a padang cuisine.. awesome food... like gulai lemak pucuk ubi tumbuk, sambal ijau, ayam goreng kampung, sambal kicap, etc... the food was delicious.  After that, our van (innova) heading to Istana Maimum.. and then to the hotel Semarak International Hotel to check in. This hotel is owned by a Malaysian. The food served in the hotel is Halal.

After taking a rest, we were taken to dinner (i forgot the rest.).  The food again, it's tasty like ikan bakar kicap, kangkung belacan, ayam goreng, etc.. We 'makan bersila' at the rest to feel the kg. style. Back to hotel.. and zzzzzzzzzz

After that, we went to Pasar Ikan/mall (groc, kain batik, baju pasang, women stuff is in there.. heaven to shop..I bought thisssss

 Lunch at Danau Toba Int. Hotel. we are the only couples in the rest.. very VIP
